During my recent stay at Smartments Business Munchen Parkstadt Schwabing Aparthotel, the self check-in process with the tablet at the front desk was convenient, especially since I arrived late at night. It made getting into my room hassle-free. The bed in my room was bigger than a twin but smaller than a double, perfect for just me. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the utilities I needed for a long stay. The location of the hotel was great, as it was near my training course, and the area was very quiet and safe. I also appreciated the presence of a vending machine and a coffee/tea station in the lobby. The tram stop was close by, making it easy to get around the city. The apartments offer enough space for bigger groups of friends, with comfy seating and comfortable beds. The bathroom provides sufficient shelves and the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, Nespresso machine, and kettle. The option to pre-book washing machines in the basement through an app is also a great addition.

The check-in process could be improved, as scanning and uploading personal details online may not be preferred by some guests. A more personal approach with a staff member assisting during peak arrival and departure times would be beneficial.
